We believe that in order to emerge a true leader in a person, he or she must have the vision and understanding of a fuller
life spectrum. The development of self-awareness and the extension of it into empathy skills is the core to high self-confidence
and self-esteem. With the formation of the said skills paves the essence for people skills-the most important skills for successful
corporate management.

IQ-Kid management sponsors the site for the handicapped and disabled children (officially launched by Tun Ghafar Baba)
with the hope that the site will bring awareness to these special children who live in a different world. While we may never
understand their world, we can make it a better place by extending our help to their needs. We strongly believe by making
their world a better place, we are making ours a better place as well.
